Who we are

What stays on your device
Everything you type into the tracker (children’s names or nicknames, grades, school-time log entries, notes) is processed in your browser and saved only in your browser’s local storage. We do not receive it, and we cannot see it. You can erase it with the “Clear all” button or by clearing your browser’s site data.
What we collect
- Email address and first name (optional). Only if you choose to sign up for the free annual record extra. We use it to send the confirmation, the link to your printable, and occasional emails with tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. Our emails are sent through Kit, which may record whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can improve our emails.
- Aggregated visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It reports aggregate figures such as page views, country and browser type.
- Technical data. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver and protect this site.
Service providers
Email sign-ups are handled by Kit (ConvertKit LLC). The site is hosted and measured by Cloudflare, Inc. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep data
We keep your email address and first name until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to access or delete your data by writing to csmsinc25+apps@gmail.com.
California residents
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use cookies for tracking and therefore have nothing to change in response to a Do Not Track signal; we do not track you across other sites. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information at the address above (CCPA/CalOPPA).
Children
This site is intended for parents and guardians (adults). Please use nicknames or first names for your children if you prefer; entries stay in your browser only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change.
